So what do you think? Is it worth a playthrough, or would my role-playing games hours be better put in to a modern game? By the way, I’d be playing the game on the PS Vita – I saw a friend try a PS one disc on his PlayStation 3 (Resident Evil I think) and the graphics on a 32″ TV pretty much rendered it unplayable! Since then I’ve also enjoyed Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and a bit of Kingdoms of Amalur (though never tried what I’ve perceived to be the more hardcore ones like Elder Scrolls or Fallout.) I’ve only recently got into role-playing games having always found them inaccessible, though I did enjoy Crisis Core on the PSP. I’ve never played the game, and due to the near mythic status of this game wondered what you thought on whether it’s worth giving a play these days or whether it’s now more of a museum piece than an enjoyable game. I had a heads-up that the Final Fantasy games on PlayStation Network are going to be reduced from Wednesday for a week, specifically Final Fantasy VII being £3.99. release though (March 24 for both, apparently). We’d be surprised if those two games were much later than their U.S. GC: Well, there is a Nintendo Direct broadcast scheduled for tomorrow, but it’s implied to be solely about the Wii U. Now when are we likely to find out dates for these two games here in the UK? Hopefully Nintendo Europe aren’t stupid enough yet again to keep us waiting months. Just seen that Nintendo America has recently announced dates for both Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 3DS and Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon. I hope they rethink what they’re about as a company next gen because apart from FIFA 13 they’re just becoming the Zynga of triple-A games. Why bother playing a game or testing your skill when you can just insert coin to win? I’d hoped EA might have learnt something from the response to Medal Of Honor: Warfighter but I think Dead Space 3 is going to be an even bigger disaster for them.
